RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You may request a return within 2 days of the delivery date. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in pristine, unworn condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations. The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging, including all certificates, warranties, and other included items.

Custom Orders: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or refund.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original sealed packaging.

Damaged or Altered Items: Any item that shows signs of wear, resizing, tampering, or damage will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the defective item and provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, after verification of the defect.
Gift Returns
Gift returns are treated in the same manner as standard returns. Refunds for gift returns will be issued only to the original purchaser's payment method.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We do not accept returns on items shipped internationally unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
